The Elementary School, consisting of approximately 450 students in Grades 2–5, sits adjacent to the Upper School. While Elementary School students share some of the same facilities as the Upper School, including the cafeteria, gym, and theater space, the multiple age-appropriate playgrounds, outdoor learning spaces and a separate library, allow these younger children to enjoy their own "school within a school." The Sunflower School originally opened in 1991 and was known as the “K-8 Sunflower Center.” At that time, it started small and has grown over the years. Currently, our school serves approximately thirty students who have multiple disabilities in pre-kindergarten through high school. The Sunflower School has become well-known and students come from all over the district to have their unique needs met.

Sewer hookups allow you to drain your gray and black water tanks. If you need a campsite with sewer hookups this campground or RV park offers them. We enjoy the nice quiet park. Everyone is friendly, and we feel Ray and Diane work to keep the area clean and safe. Great location and even better landlords. Special rules will likely apply so check with park regarding the pet rules.
